Pat Sterling lived a content life and had a booming veterinary practice in Florida until the day she took her first backpacking trip. During that first trip her world turned upside down, eyes widened, heart expanded and was never to be the same. Three years later she had left her partner, sold her home and business and was backpacking the Appalachian Trail. She now lives in Chattanooga, TN and says the changes and experiences are not for everyone but are by far the best things that ever happened to her!

Rita Yevzelman began a new chapter in her life's story when she emigrated from Belarus to the U.S. in 1990 with her family. A professional pianist, she still teaches and performs. But her journey toward self-discovery led her on a path to energy work.
